MyBusinessGenie is a sales and business management software for small businesses. We help businesses mobilize their sales & business workflow and get more work done on-the-move! The MyBusinessGenie suite is composed of three products - Field App (this app), Client Portal & Administrative Portal.


FIELD APP

CREATE QUOTES & INVOICES
- Add items from catalog to cart and create a quote or an invoice immediately
- Add payment terms, client notes & private notes to quotes & invoices
- Get customer approval on quotes via signature on iPad
- Generate PDF files for quotes & invoices and email it to customer
- Send online link for client payments (& approval)

CAPTURE LEADS & MANAGE PROJECTS
- Capture leads on-the-move
- When a lead is closed, convert the lead into a project
- Capture notes associated with a project/lead

MANAGE EXPENSES & INCOME
- Manage all general expenses & project/lead expenses from the App
- Track all income by tracking them against a project

- Keep the content fresh - any images taken on the field are immediately reflected on the client portal upon sync

- All form submissions via client portal will be captured as a lead within the system and is accessible from the field app or the administration portal
- Any queries from customers about products on client portal automatically creates a quote within the administration portal for further processing, reducing overall work for businesses
